Does Number Fun collect my child's personal information?
No. Number Fun does not ask for a child name, parent name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, voice recordings, location, or payment information.
Where is progress saved?
Progress is saved locally on the device so parents can review practice and the app can continue from where the child left off.
How do I delete progress?
Open Parent View and use Reset Progress. Deleting the app also removes the app data from that device.
Does the app show ads or offer purchases?
No. Number Fun does not show ads, sponsored content, subscriptions, paid upgrades, or in-app purchases.
Does the app use location, camera, or microphone?
No. Number Fun does not need location, camera, or microphone access for the learning experience.
How do I open Parent View?
From the Home screen, press and hold Hold for Parent. This keeps parent controls away from normal child play.
What platforms will it be on?
iOS and Android. Number Fun is currently in development, this page will link to the App Store and Google Play once it's live.

This Privacy Policy explains how Bloomlabz Pvt Ltd ("Bloomlabz", "we", "us") handles information in Number Fun ("the app"). Number Fun is designed as a child-directed number learning app with local-only progress, no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no social features.
Information stored on this device
Number Fun saves basic learning progress on the device so parents can review practice history and the app can continue from where the child left off. This progress stays inside the app on the device and is not sent to Bloomlabz or another company.
Information we do not collect
Number Fun does not ask for or collect a child name, parent name, email address, phone number, photos, videos, voice recordings, location, contacts, calendar data, payment information, or open-ended child content. The app does not create profiles or measure behavior for analytics or advertising.
No ads, sale, or sharing
Number Fun does not show ads, sponsored content, rewarded ads, subscriptions, paid upgrades, or in-app purchases. Bloomlabz does not sell, rent, or share child data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or social networks.
Device text to speech
Number Fun uses the device text-to-speech feature to speak numbers and short learning prompts. Number Fun does not record the child, use the microphone, or upload speech audio.
Retention, deletion, and backups
Local progress remains on the device until the app is deleted or a parent uses Reset Progress in Parent View. Reset Progress deletes the saved learning progress from Number Fun on that device. Device backups, restores, family-sharing settings, and device transfer tools are controlled by the parent or device owner outside Number Fun.
Children's privacy and parent control
Number Fun is intended for use by children with parent or guardian supervision. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, including children, and transmits no data externally, Number Fun does not collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region), consistent with the intent of laws such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations elsewhere. Parent View is behind a long press and includes progress review, reset controls, and this Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and FAQ.
Changes to this policy
Bloomlabz may update this policy when Number Fun changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date before such changes take effect.

By downloading or using Number Fun ("the app"), published by Bloomlabz Pvt Ltd ("Bloomlabz", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use this app, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the child.
Educational purpose
Number Fun provides simple number learning and practice activities for young children. The app is intended for personal educational use with parent or guardian supervision, and is not medical, psychological, educational-diagnostic, therapeutic, or professional advice.
License
Bloomlabz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Number Fun for personal, non-commercial, lawful learning and practice, on devices you own or control. All rights, title, and interest in Number Fun, including its name, design, artwork, and learning content, remain the exclusive property of Bloomlabz. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app except where permitted by law; copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app; remove ownership notices; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent any part of the app's functioning, including Parent View controls.
Parent and guardian role
Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether Number Fun is appropriate for a child, supervising use, managing device settings, reviewing local progress, and resetting progress when needed. Children should not use Parent View without adult permission.
Availability and changes
Bloomlabz may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue app features, learning content, or policies at any time to improve quality, safety, accessibility, or compliance. The app may not always be error-free or available on every device.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Number Fun is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific educational outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomlabz and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, learning progress, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
Platform terms and governing law
Use of Number Fun is also subject to the applicable app store terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India, unless mandatory local law gives you additional rights that cannot be limited.
