What ages is LetterCub for?
Designed for children roughly 3-6 years old, learning capital and lowercase letters and early phonics.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. LetterCub is offline-first, it works fully without wifi or mobile data, at any time.
Does my child need an account or login?
No accounts, no sign-ups, no email required, for the parent or the child.
Is there advertising in the app?
No. LetterCub has no ads and never will.
What data does LetterCub collect?
None is sent anywhere. Letter progress and parent settings are stored only on the device. See the Privacy Policy tab for full detail.
What platforms will it be on?
iOS and Android. LetterCub is currently in development, this page will link to the App Store and Google Play once it's live.
How much will it cost?

LetterCub ("the app") is made by Bloomlabz Pvt Ltd ("Bloomlabz", "we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you or your child use LetterCub.
Summary: we don't collect anything
LetterCub is built to work fully offline. The app makes no network requests, contains no advertising software, no analytics software, and no tracking software of any kind. We do not know who uses the app, how often, or how. We cannot see this information because it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Information stored on your device
LetterCub stores the following data locally, on the device only, using standard on-device storage (local database and device preferences):
- Letter progress and mastery status (which letters a child has practiced or mastered)
- Parent-configured settings, including the daily learning time limit
This information never leaves the device. It is not transmitted to Bloomlabz, to app stores, to advertisers, or to any other third party. Uninstalling the app deletes this data permanently, since nothing is stored elsewhere.
No accounts, no personal information
LetterCub does not require or request an account, email address, name, birthdate, photo, location, contacts, or any other personal information, from a parent or a child, at any point.
Children's privacy
LetterCub is designed for use by young children under parental supervision. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, including children, and transmits no data externally, LetterCub does not collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region), consistent with the intent of laws such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and similar regulations elsewhere. There is nothing for us to access, retain, or disclose.
No third-party services
LetterCub does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or cloud-sync services. There are no third parties to share data with, because no data is collected in the first place.
Permissions
LetterCub does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, location, photos, or any other device permission beyond what is required to run the app and play its bundled audio.
Changes to this policy
If LetterCub's data practices change in the future (for example, if a feature requiring an internet connection is added), this policy will be updated first, and the update will be reflected here with a new effective date, before such a feature is released.

By downloading or using LetterCub ("the app"), published by Bloomlabz Pvt Ltd ("Bloomlabz", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or guardian installing this app for a child, you accept these terms on the child's behalf.
License
Bloomlabz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LetterCub for personal, non-commercial use, on devices you own or control. All rights, title, and interest in LetterCub, including its software, artwork, mascot, audio, and content, remain the exclusive property of Bloomlabz. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app except where permitted by law; redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent any part of the app's functioning, including parental controls.
Intended use / age
LetterCub is intended for use by young children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for configuring settings such as the daily time limit and for overseeing the child's use of the app.
No warranty
LetterCub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific educational outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomlabz and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to the app or these terms
We may update the app or these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
