Who is Kaairo for?
Small businesses that need to plan daily staff duties and shifts, shops, stores, and similar teams.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Kaairo is offline-first, it works fully without wifi or mobile data, at any time.
Do I need an account or login?
No accounts, no sign-ups, no email required.
Does Kaairo confirm my WhatsApp message was delivered?
No. Kaairo prepares the plan as text for you to send. It does not send messages itself and cannot confirm delivery or read receipts.
What data does Kaairo collect?
None is sent anywhere. Staff, duties, and plans are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy tab for full detail.
What platforms will it be on?
iOS and Android. Kaairo is currently in development, this page will link to the App Store and Google Play once it's live.
How much will it cost?
Kaairo is free, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Kaairo ("the app") is made by Bloomlabz Pvt Ltd ("Bloomlabz", "we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you use Kaairo.
Summary: we don't collect anything
Kaairo is built to work fully offline. The app makes no network requests, contains no advertising software, no analytics software, and no tracking software of any kind. We do not know who uses the app, how often, or how. We cannot see this information because it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Information stored on your device
Kaairo stores the following data locally, on the device only, using a standard on-device database:
- Staff you add, including names and availability or leave
- Duties you define and how many staff each requires
- Plans you build, assigning staff to duties by day
This information never leaves the device. It is not transmitted to Bloomlabz, to app stores, to advertisers, or to any other third party. Uninstalling the app deletes this data permanently, since nothing is stored elsewhere.
Sharing plans via WhatsApp
When you choose to share a plan, Kaairo hands plain text to your device's own WhatsApp app (or another app you pick) through the standard share function. Kaairo does not send this message itself, does not have access to your WhatsApp account or contacts, and does not know whether the message was delivered or read.
No accounts, no personal information
Kaairo does not require or request an account, email address, or any other personal information about you, at any point. Names of staff you choose to add are stored only on your own device.
No third-party services
Kaairo does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or cloud-sync services. There are no third parties to share data with, because no data is collected in the first place.
Permissions
Kaairo does not request access to your microphone, camera, location, or contacts. Sharing a plan uses your device's standard share function, which you control each time.
Changes to this policy
If Kaairo's data practices change in the future (for example, if a feature requiring an internet connection is added), this policy will be updated first, and the update will be reflected here with a new effective date, before such a feature is released.

By downloading or using Kaairo ("the app"), published by Bloomlabz Pvt Ltd ("Bloomlabz", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
License
Bloomlabz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Kaairo for your business operations, on devices you own or control. All rights, title, and interest in Kaairo, including its software and content, remain the exclusive property of Bloomlabz. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app except where permitted by law; redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to circumvent any part of the app's functioning.
Your data, your responsibility
Since Kaairo stores staff, duty, and plan data only on your own device, you are responsible for backing up your device and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Bloomlabz has no access to this data and cannot recover it if it is lost.
WhatsApp sharing
Kaairo prepares plan text for you to send through your own WhatsApp or other messaging app. Bloomlabz is not responsible for the delivery, receipt, or accuracy of messages sent this way, and Kaairo does not guarantee any message reaches its recipient.
No warranty
Kaairo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomlabz and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including losses arising from missed or misread shift plans.
Changes to the app or these terms
We may update the app or these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
